• The Fantomize website and mobile application for consumers
• Fantomize Visual Search for Shopify merchants
• Affiliate product recommendations from partner retailers

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. Users between 16-18 require parental or guardian consent. By using Fantomize, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. For Shopify Merchants

When you install Fantomize Visual Search on your Shopify store:

• Service Access — You grant us permission to access your product catalog to provide visual search functionality
• Data Processing — We process your product data solely to deliver our Services as described in our Privacy Policy
• Credits & Billing — Usage is based on our credit system; unused credits do not expire
• Termination — You may uninstall the app at any time; your product data will be removed from our systems

5. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Fantomize a limited license to:

• Process your content to provide our Services
• Improve our AI technology (only with explicit consent where required)

We do not sell your photos or use them for commercial purposes beyond service delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Misuse AI-generated recommendations to harm others

7. Affiliate Partnerships

Our product recommendations may include affiliate links. When you make purchases through these links:

• We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you
• Transactions occur directly with third-party retailers
• We do not control retailer pricing, inventory, or policies
